This brief article draws on an issue raised by a colleague of mine about not being able to load the PHP module PDO Informix on Microsoft Windows platform. I am involved in several projects including SugarCRM. I had the opportunity to study in depth the architecture of SugarCRM and make extensive customizations to the core.
